Lynn lives in Des Peres with her husband, Lary. They both grew up in South St. Louis ... and to answer that St. Louis question … Lynn went to St. Elizabeth Academy and Lary to McBride.
Lynn joined Rotary in 1991 and served as president of the Des Peres Club for Rotary year 1996-97. She and Lary traveled to Nicaragua with a team from the Club to visit the Rotary project at Rio Abajo in 2003. Since July 2000 Lynn has produced the Club’s monthly newsletter.
Lynn began her professional career with The Qualy Group of Northwestern Mutual. For 18 years she was the company’s recruiter, often ranked highest performer among all Northwestern Mutual recruiters. In August 2004 Lary and Lynn made a “mid-life correction” when they both left corporate America to buy Grafica Fine Arts & Custom Framing in Webster Groves.
Grafica sells contemporary art and offers custom framing services. The gallery is unpretentious and welcomes walk-in business and browsers. Lynn is the sales arm of Grafica, calling on building managers, architectural, construction and design firms as a resource for their art and framing needs. You can visit Grafica’s website at
www.graficafinearts.com.
In August 2005 the Bozzays added another dimension to Grafica when they bought out an existing fine art printer and moved the operation to the gallery. Now Grafica can print, sell and frame art all under one roof.
Lynn also started her own consulting business, capitalizing on her long-standing reputation as a successful recruiter for Northwestern Mutual. She consults with recruiting teams to help design strategies and tactics to reach their recruiting goals. She currently has 15 monthly coaching clients and has had on-site consultations with more than 25 Northwestern offices around the nation as well as local non-Northwestern financial firms.
When not working, the Bozzays enjoy theatre, travel and keeping fit. Their decision to purchase Grafica was clinched when their accountant told them all future travel would be deductible if even one art item was purchased on the trip. Deal!
